A shift in my soul

Sounds dramatic but that is the only way I can explain it. I feel sad, post holiday blues. But in a motivated way. I’ve found new confidence in myself and my snowboarding, and I am ready to step it up. Maybe a fire has been reignited. Whatever this hunger is, it is empowering. I now have a new to do list.

Buy a split board from small planet in queenstown with skins.

Do an Avalanche awareness course which goes more in depth than what I have learnt in the past.

Meet like minded people.

And work harder at the gym to get fit and keep up with those like minded people. Remarkable woman’s health and fitness in remarkables park helped me get fit for Alaska so I will start back there on Tuesday.

I’d also like to keep improving my diet with more nutrition and less shite.

And then go on snow adventures all winter long exploring new terrain to me. Really get off piste!  Bring on winter!

After that I have a few more snowy destinations I can’t wait to explore. Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Colorado. Scandinavia.
